National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day

October 19, 2016 By Kristina Clark, Co-founder, Count It! Drop It! Lock It!™ and Grants Management and Sustainability Consultant, Coffee County Anti-Drug Coalition

nationaltakebackday-2016

It’s that time of year again – National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day. This Saturday, Oct. 22, Tennesseans will have the opportunity to dispose of their unused prescription drug medications at one of several locations across the state. The event, which happens every spring and fall, provides people with a safe, convenient way to dispose of their unused prescription and over-the-counter medications.

Help protect your loved ones from opioid addiction. Drop off your unused prescription drug medications at a location near you from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. For a full list of locations, visit our Take-Back Event Finder.
